The selection and interplay of the wine and food is the foundation of the dining experience. Each is meant to compliment and inspire the other.

We store all our wine in a temperature and humidity controlled redwood cellar and serve them in Riedel stemware.

With over 100 selections to chose from, our wine list offers gems from most wine producing countries, including the United States, Italy, Spain, Argentina, Austria, Germany, France, New Zealand, Australia, Portugal and South Africa.

The wine program features a wide variety of wines by the glass which change throughout the seasons. We offer a varied selection of half bottles and large format bottles. These options invite larger parties to share a festive large bottle or smaller parties, couples and single diners to experience additional varietals with a half bottle.

All of our wines have been chosen by the chef for their quality and adaptability to match the food style of the menu. The list is arranged from white to red, categorized by varietals and country. Maine law allows for you to take a partial bottle with you when you leave, we will be glad to prepare your partial bottle for travel.
